Sourdough Starter Bread

Bread, Sourdough Starter aka, Lucille, 100gr

INSTRUCTIONS: 

To feed: 100g Lucille : 100g Warm Water (38C-45C) : 100g Flour, feed and allow to grow at room temperature before using. Lucille is ready to use when you drop a small blob into hot water and it floats. 

Feeding schedule: Keep it on the counter and feed it everyday OR keep it in the fridge and feed it once a week. Try adding your discard to crepe or pancake batter for a tangy twist on a classic.
