Quiche, Mushroom Leek & Feta

Try our rich, savoury quiche that's baked in a buttery wheat-flour pastry crust and filled with a creamy egg custard. Sautéed mushrooms, tender leeks, onions, and garlic, topped with feta and freshly chopped parsley.

DIRECTIONS: Cut a small opening in the bag to allow moisture to escape. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove bag, place tray on a baking sheet. Reheat for 30 - 40 minutes or until a minimum internal temperature of 160°F is reached.
