Potatoes Au Gratin

Celebrate the season with this rich and comforting classic. Tender slices of Yukon Gold potatoes are baked in luscious cream and layered with melty cheddar cheese - bringing warmth, elegance, and nostalgic flavour to your holiday table.

INGREDIENTS: Potatoes (Yukon Gold), Cream, Cheddar (Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Sea Salt, White Pepper

DIRECTIONS: Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake on an oven safe tray for 25-30 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 120°F is achieved. For an extra crispy top, remove foil and broil potatoes for an additional 3-5 minutes, checking for colour. Product is fully cooked.
