INGREDIENTS: Sweet Potato, Ginger, Sugars (maple syrup), Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Sea Salt, White Pepper

DIRECTIONS: Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake on an oven safe tray for 25-30 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 120°F is achieved. Product is fully cooked.
