Canadian Lamb Curry

Tender Canadian pasture-raised lamb slow-cooked in a rich tomato curry with sweet potatoes, potatoes, and organic peas. Fragrant with ginger, garlic, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, with a gentle touch of cayenne for a warm, satisfying finish.

DIRECTIONS: Reheat from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid. Cover with foil. Reheat for 30-40 minutes or until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
