Bulk Frozen Raw Cinnamon Buns w/Icing
Stock up your freezer with our raw and ready to proof Mabel's cinnamon buns! Each case contains 12 buns and comes with 500ml of our cream cheese icing.
Ingredients & Prep:
Proof before baking. Remove icing from the package and keep refrigerated until needed.
PROOFING: Remove the products from their packaging and place them on a lined baking sheet or square baking pan about 1 inch apart. Lightly mist them with water, cover them loosely, and let them proof in a warm, draft-free spot for 8-10 hours. You'll know they're ready when they've doubled in size and spring back slowly when lightly pressed.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Remove the icing from the refrigerator. Uncover the buns and bake on the middle oven rack for 28-30 minutes. Let cool. Drizzle with icing.
COMMERCIAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 325 °F on a HIGH fan.n Bake for 15 minutes. Turn trays, reduce heat to Low and bake for 8 more minutes,
