Bake at Home Butter Croissants
Enjoy Mabel's warm Butter Croissants, straight from your oven! Requires 8 hours of proofing time before they are ready to bake (see Prep Instructions below for next steps).
Each croissant is 80g of delicious.
Available frozen in packages of 6 croissants.
PREP INSTRUCTIONS: Keep frozen. Proof before baking.
To Proof: Remove product from packaging. Place frozen croissants seam-side down on lined baking sheet. Mist lightly with water, cover loosely, place in a warm spot and let rise for 8 hours. Croissants should double in size and spring back slowly when lightly pressed. To bake: Preheat conventional oven to 400°F. Remove croissant covering and brush with milk, or cream, if desired. Reduce heat to 375°F and place the baking sheet with croissants on the middle rack. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until a deep, golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
